Return Window
We accept returns on most items within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Returns must be initiated within this period.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Products that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as opened or used fidget toys that cannot be resanitized) may be marked as non-returnable on their product page. Clearance or final sale items are also final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at info@tangleecreaations.it.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the package. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
We cover the return shipping costs for all authorized returns within the 30-day window. A prepaid return label will be provided to you. Please note that the cost of the original shipping (if any) is non-refundable. However, since we offer free shipping on all orders, no original shipping fee will be deducted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full replacement or a complete refund, including any applicable taxes. Please report such issues within 72 hours of delivery to ensure quick resolution.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refund processing takes 1 to 2 business days from the date we receive the returned package. After we initiate the refund, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
